Today the hope of Christ is hidden from 4,500 people groups that lack the Bible in their native language. With the help of technology and committed translators we can end Bible poverty in our generation. So bring your devices to Onething 2014 — funds raised by selling devices will be given to Bible translation.

Onething 2014

The Onething conference is a gathering of young adults who have purposed in their hearts to live with abandonment and devotion to Jesus. We invite you to join 25,000 young adults in Kansas City this December to encounter Jesus through extended times of worship, teaching of the Word, and ministry in the power of the Spirit. Our primary aim is to encounter Jesus so that we might go forth to do His works and change the world.

IHOPKC International House of Prayer

On May 7, 1999, the International House of Prayer of Kansas City (IHOPKC) was founded by Mike Bickle and twenty full-time “intercessory missionaries” who cried out to God in prayer with worship for thirteen hours each day. Four months later, on September 19, 1999, prayer and worship extended to the full 24/7 schedule.

The International House of Prayer is an evangelical missions organization that is committed to praying for the release of the fullness of God’s power and purpose, as we actively win the lost, heal the sick, feed the poor, make disciples, and impact every sphere of society—family, education, government, economy, arts, media, religion, etc. Our vision is to work in relationship with the wider Body of Christ to engage in the Great Commission, as we seek to walk out the two great commandments to love God and people.

Significant Matters

Significant Matters

You can give a man a fish and feed him for a day or you can teach a man to fish and feed him for life…as the saying goes. Historically, church missions has led the way in selflessly giving fish away to people less fortunate. But today’s world is crying for new approaches to tackling societal problems and the effects of poverty. Significant Matters believes the church and other faith-based groups can play a key role in creating and leading new approaches to what it means to “teach a man to fish.” Your support helps us continue and expand the projects we’re doing with churches here in the US and around the world to create long-term solutions for the people and communities they serve.

The Co-op

The Co-op

The Co-Op is a faith-based initiative of Kansas City area churches working together to bring about transformation at the neighborhood level. The initiative’s strategy is based on working with community leaders within a neighborhood inside of four catalytic program areas: housing, economic development, cradle-to-career education, and health and wellness services.

You can help us reach the whole person, with the whole Gospel in three Kansas City area neighborhoods.
